Do you ever get asked that? No matter where I travel and who I speak with the same questions always come up; what do you do for a living? Where do you live? Why do you do what you do? How did you build a business? I feel like it’s time to tell you.
—There is a gift for all readers located at the bottom of the post, don’t miss it.
Why Vibrant Life? And how does it work? Why did I decide to make this my life’s work? Why did I become a Neurolinguistic Programming Practitioner? Why do I read a book a week, listen to audiobooks everywhere I go, study the best self-development coaches in the world? Why do I fill my mind with everything that I can get my hands on? To be honest, I couldn’t have answered this question a couple months ago. I was so busy running 100 mph and working with so many clients that I didn’t remember why I was doing it. I had gotten myself out of balance and was focusing every where else but within. I decided to take a week and take a look at my focus and what I want in my life and found my why.
Vibrant Life is not only my business, but my life. I live through the philosophies that I have for my company and for my clients. Philosophies like: life is abundant, I can do anything I set my mind to, believe and love other people and “how I feel about everything is how I am living.” That last one is my favorite. I do all of those things mentioned above to fill myself up and change my own life, now I have the amazing opportunity to share it with others and give.
Stumbleupon users… don’t forget to give this a thumbs up, thanks!
Here is a short video I put together due to the many emails you have sent in about juicing and then also about the common question, “as a vegan where do you get your protein?” I hope this helps and I hope you enjoy.
I’m technically not allowed to say that I have “cured” a disease, especially if it’s incurable by Western Medical standards. In fact, by saying that I may end up with someone showing up at my door. But what do you call it when someone has a chronic incurable disease one day, we make some adjustments (that I will explain later) and then within 30-60 days that same incurable disease is no where to be found? It isn’t showing up in blood tests, symptoms are gone, the need for medication is gone and the patient (not actually supposed to say that either since I’m not a doctor), so the sufferer is finally in a place of well-being rather than pain. What do you call it? I call it cured, but for technicalities we will call it healed.
This started as an idea due to what I know and have found about diet. As most of you readers know and for those who do not, I am freak about diet and health and I also love to challenge the status quo. Tell me something is unattainable, incurable, impossible and I will stew on that for days, weeks, months and years if needed. So, what exactly did I do you might be asking? I “healed” two different chronic diseases (soon to be four) that modern Western Science doesn’t have an answer for besides drugging you up and sending you home to suffer outside of their offices. Now, let’s not get confused and have you all thinking I’m a genius (that’s still arguable), but I simply took someone else’s tactics, tricks and research and applied what made sense on the most simple foundation. I know the human body fairly well and have studied many amazing doctors and their works in this area, including Dr. T. Colin Campbell, The China Study, which beyond the description of the book it is quite literally the most comprehensive study of diet and nutrition ever conducted; and also Dr. Robert Young, The pH Miracle, which is in perfect alignment with the research done under the China Study. I live by these principles daily and they have transformed my own health first hand. For those who know me, I am high energy to say the least; usually the only one that can keep up with my nieces and nephews, but now I am even more nuts. I can go to bed at 3 am and be up and at the gym at 7 am running 100%, every day of the week. I have found true optimal health.
Let’s start with arthritis since that is the first one I started with on this journey.
Cassy was featured in a past post from February and now is back with some amazing further results. Looking good Cass!
Down 75lbs and over 32 inches, from a size 24 to a size 12 and her goal is to now inspire others to believe in themselves and understand that they can accomplish anything they set their minds to. It is not an easy road, but the success is so great and worth every sacrifice….seems her before and after pics prove it.
Cassy Arellano and I have known one another nearly all of our lives; in fact she married a great friend of mine, Mike who I have known since preschool. If you read the past post about her you will see that she has done a major lifestyle change and it has positively affected her entire family.
She has helped a lot of others from the small farm town she lives in to get started and accomplish similar results, including her sister who was posted in her featured post a few months ago, along with a bunch of other friends. Cassy says it’s so great to have someone ask her, “how did you do it? You look amazing.” She simply says that she made a decision to “DO IT” and commit to achieving her end result and no more “trying” to accomplish. Saying that you “will” is very different than saying that you will “try” and therefore the end results will also be different. I love the results that Cassy has received and obviously she does as well…you can tell by her bright smile and new figure in her after picture. Great job Cassy, I’m so happy that we could help.
Make a commitment to yourself and use the Vibrant Life hCG program and get the results you deserve.
I want to introduce you all to my good friend Tanya. She is an awesome person to know, fun and smiling all the time, which is how we all should be. She has an unmistakeable personality and is just a blast to be around. She and her husband have been traveling across the country in their RV and she decided to become a Vibrant Life hCG alumni and begin making healthy lifestyle changes. We agreed to be guest bloggers for one another and so I will let her tell you about her experience with Vibrant Life.
Enter Tanya:
My Vibrant Life journey began in February of 2009 in a 20 foot RV on the road (traveling). I am now 40 pounds lighter and much happier thanks to Joe. I have been struggling with weight for almost ten years. Vibrant Life gave me the kick start I needed to start taking care of my health and body. What I really appreciate about the program is that it is cut and dry. They tell you exactly what to eat, exactly how many drops to take and why it works. I have tried many different ways to lose weight, as I’m sure a lot of you have, this was by far the easiest way to lose a TON of weight fast and keep it off. I cannot begin to tell you how good it feels to exercise after losing that much weight. Or how wonderful it is to go grocery shopping knowing what to put in my cart.
You most likely know my take on health by now, it is your responsibility and no one is a victim. What you eat matters more than most will imagine and unfortunately, it is rare that someone will take the time to learn how the foods that you are eating will directly effect your body and overall health. My question is why not? We all love to have a good time, spend time with our family and friends, travel, experience life, etc., so why not take time to learn about your health and body?
The truth of the matter is; it is too much work for our “pop-a-pill, turn on the news, give me the information via entertainment” society. We are so lost in the mess of information and television shows and with our typical A.D.D., we usually cannot get past the first page of a search in google, nor do most get through that first wall in a workout regiment. You know the initial threshold that leaves you sore two days after the first workout? If we give up before getting into the “groove” and creating that addiction to working out, then how do we get in shape and healthy?
I watched exhausted amounts of video and read through interviews of Shaun White and what is amazing is that he is a normal guy who definitely gets it. The big difference that is undeniable between Shaun and you (meaning those who have not hit your goals or seem to find yourself falling short) is that he “does.” If that doesn’t make any sense to you, then read on…
Science has proven that what you tell yourself and more importantly believe, is exactly what happens and is created in your results. I listened to and read Shaun say “I do, did, will and go for it” over and over. I didn’t find a bunch of articles and interviews of Shaun saying that I “try” or I “wish.” What is the definition of “try” you might ask? Webster’s says the word “try” means: to make an attempt or effort to do something. That does not sound anything like accomplishment. As Shaun White just did a new trick (unseen by anyone) last night on a victory run just because he can, he won the Gold Medal and blew away the competition.
Cassy Arellano is a true inspiration to everyone around her. She has influenced her friends in the small town she lives in, starting a weight loss clan and more importantly she has changed the lives of not only herself by losing 15.5 inches and nearly 60lbs, but also her family. Her husband Mike, who I have known since preschool also did the Vibrant Life program and lost nearly 50lbs and is now eating more healthy and working out again.
One of the big life improvements for Cassy is her son’s health. He suffers from Prader-Willi syndrome causing him to have a really tough time with his weight and keeping him stable. Some of his symptoms include Hyperphagia (over-eating) and excessive weight gain. Due to Cassy and Mike both partaking in the Vibrant Life program and how they have changed their own lives, it has also helped their son maintain his weight for the past four consecutive months. With a healthy diet and better understanding of portion sizes, they are making huge improvements to their son’s well-being.
It’s such a simple idea right? Yet, most of us cannot stick to a diet or even a routine around the house. Unlike the majority, Brittnee did stick to it and absolutely received all of the benefits. She started this Vibrant Life Program and made a commitment to change her life; take one look at her pics and you will see that she did just that.
***These are original photos take by Britnee’s husband in her home on her iPhone and they have not been altered with Photoshop or any other program.
Brittnee did the “impossible” and lost 30lbs in 23 days by doing one thing…following a program and sticking to it. She is such an inspiration to others and I am so grateful that she worked with the Vibrant Life Program. Now her husband is working on the program and has lost over 25lbs in 2.5 weeks. I think she is naturally turning herself into a great coach for the Vibrant Life Program.
Results: Started – 221 lbs @ 15.1% body fat – 6 weeks later – NO Supplements – Finished – 192 lbs @ 6.4% body fat.
First and foremost, food is for fuel and nothing more. We love to eat in this society and unfortunately it shows in our health as we are the fattest nation on earth. I understand that food is “good” and you “have to enjoy yourself,” but it comes down to the life you want. Do you want to be healthy and fit and feel good about yourself or do you want to enjoy your meal for 30 minutes and deal with the risks that come with that? I personally choose not to end up with cancer or heart disease (the #1 killer in America) or some other disease in my life. So, without further lecturing, we all make our choices and mine is to help others live healthy, vibrant lives.
